Q: How do I become a member of Number76 and what are the perks of becoming one?

A: It’s really simple! You’re entitled to register as Number76 member with any paid services on your first visit. You will get to enjoy the perks of Number76 member as below: – 1 (one) complimentary birthday month treatment, redeemable any day within birthday month. – free fringe / bang trim at any Number76 Hair Salon. – free hair cut for member’s kid below 5 years old. – receive 5% cash points rebate from total bill on every visit (1 point = RM1) at Number76 Malaysia branches. – receive 3% cash points rebate from total bill on every visit (1 point = RM1) at Number76 Singapore.

Q: Can I get a new member card if I have misplaced / lost my member card?

A: You can always inform our Customer Service Officer upon your visit to the salon. They will assist to replace a new member card for you, first replacement will not have any charges and all your member points will transferred to the new member card as well. However, please be informed that a fee of RM5 will be charged every subsequent member card replacement. Unredeemed points accumulated in your account will be forfeited.

Q: Do I need to renew my membership?

A: Not to worry as it is a lifetime membership with no renewal fees required. You are entitled to enjoy the member benefit at our home branch in Japan as well by quoting the member card ID. However, please be informed the member points will expired after 1(one) year from your last visit.

A: Sure, kindly be informed that when current member introduce new member – both are entitled for a 20% off both total bill if you are coming together for services on the same session or same day. If the new member come alone, he/she can also quote the member’s card number to get 20% off the total bill on first visit.
