Job Descriptions

1. Operations

  • Support research and project planning.
  • Support in execution of projects.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Archive & file documents.
  • Assist in preparing presentations.
  • Liaise with external vendors / suppliers.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks.

2. Sales & Marketing

  • Support research and market analysis.
  • Support campaign plan, development & execution.
  • Manage customer response on social media.
  • Develop engaging content for website & social media.
  • Assist in preparing presentations.
  • Participate in brainstorming & meetings.
  • Liaise with media, influencers & marketing partners.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

Job Descriptions

  • Manage staff annual leave and attendance records
  • Maintain and update staff personal information files
  • Work closely with Operation Director and Senior Account Executive to complete tasks
  • Manage recruitment process with Operation Director / Hiring Managers
  • Work closely with management to establish HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and conduct orientation for new staff as well as incentive programs
  • Facilitate resolutions to employee relation issues and misconduct within region
  • Prepare and manage HR-related documents
  • Responsible for staff payroll for Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Process payroll-related matters, i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB data
  • Assist in handling personal income tax matters for expatriate staff
  • Assist in planning and organizing company activities and events
  • Supervise maintenance of office equipment, building facilities, and any admin-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Possess a diploma or degree in relevant fields of study
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in human resource/admin industry
  • Proficient in SQL Payroll system, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc
  • Holds working knowledge of Malaysia’s labor law, Employment Act, and relevant legislations
  • Practices strict confidentiality for private and sensitive information
  • Meticulous, accurate, good eye for details, with a committed attitude
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and solve problems
  • Capable in working independently with minimal supervision
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and takes initiative to take responsibility

Job Descriptions

  • Conceive and conceptualise digital designs for social media, website and e-commerce website (includes but not limited to, promotions, announcements, launches, greetings)
  • Create and prepare print designs for in-salon display, product information, etc.
  • Photograph and video shoot various materials for marketing & operation purposes
